Shipping & Returns

Please note: On international orders we will confirm true shipping cost before processing your order.

All continental US orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. All air conditioners and compressors will ship via LTL Motor Freight.

If you wish to have your order shipped either UPS or FedEx collect, please provide your UPS or FedEx account number in the comments field for your order.

Returns: No returns without a return authorization (RA). All returns must be in original packaging and original condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
